Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Podere della Torre 2024

Podere della Torre's Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is an authentic Abruzzo rosé with character. It is made from red grapes native to the area, macerated for several hours to obtain its characteristic dark pink colour, known as 'cerasuolo' because it resembles the colour of a cherry. The nose opens with intense aromas of fresh red fruit, blood orange, liquorice root and light vegetal notes of tobacco. The palate is dry, savoury and fresh, with mild tannins and a long, persistent finish. It pairs naturally with fish dishes served with a pizzaiola sauce
