Nicolas Potel's Chablis comes from 40-year-old vines planted on the prized limestone soils of the region of the same name. It is vinified and aged entirely in steel, where it matures for six months on fine lees. It is a bold and sharp white wine that captures the essence of the Chablis terroir. It releases aromas of citrus fruits, pear and hints of iodine, and is salty on the palate with a typical chalky minerality. Its freshness and mineral tension make it perfect for accompanying shellfish but also white meats
