Maison Lou Dumont's Chambolle-Musigny is a refined and complex Pinot Noir from the Côte de Nuits. The appellation covers a total of 5 hectares and is one of the most suitable areas for Pinot Noir, a grape variety that is difficult to cultivate due to its delicacy, but which manages to express its personality to the full here. The bouquet is harmonious, with hints of currant and wild raspberry, violet petals and delicate spicy and toasted notes. On the palate, it is slender and sinuous, light and airy with fine tannins, extremely attractive. Excellent with refined dishes such as oven-baked veal fillet with porcini mushrooms
Bright ruby red
Deep, with notes of red fruits and hints of violet petals, spicy hints of cloves and toasted sweet tobacco
Elegant, refined and persistent, with silky tannins and lively freshness
