Domaine de Marzilly's 'Lot 11' Champagne is the result of an artisanal, minimal-intervention approach and an oenological approach devoted to oak, in which the base wines, the cellar's hallmark, are aged. The blend of Meunier and Chardonnay expresses the character of this corner of Champagne. The nose alternates floral and citrus notes with touches of brioche and dried fruit. The palate is dry, energetic and creamy, with a saline finish. Versatile with seafood dishes and vegetarian cuisine
Pale straw yellow with copious bubbles
Lemon peel and chamomile open to salty scents, then butter and pastry
Savoury and creamy taste, long freshness
