Laurent Bénard's Champagne Brut Nature Premier Cru 'Vibratis' is a non-dosed Champagne made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown only on premier cru in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. The winery's production focuses on minimal intervention, the wine rests for 5 years in the bottle, a time in which it comes to express itself with great elegance. The nose releases notes of ripe fruit such as peach and pear, white flowers and a hint of bread crust. On the palate it is fresh, balanced, with great energy. Ideal for sole starters
