The Champagne 'Les Premiers Piquets de Vignes' Lacroix-Triaulaire was born in the lieu-dit Val Soulois, where the winery planted the first vines in 1972. Only Pinot Noir, vinified in steel and aged 72 months on the lees, all to express great finesse, quality and adherence to the terroir. The nose offers hints of red fruit paste and sweet toast. In the mouth it is structured and vertical, with lively freshness and a savoury finish. Excellent with white meats and cured meats, try it with smoked duck breast
Intense straw yellow with amber reflections, fine perlage
Candied red fruit and spices: sweet cinnamon, with hints of roasted cocoa and pastry
Well-structured, taut, with good persistence and a savoury, generous finish
