Champagne Brut Nature 'Vignes de Courteron' Nakada Park 2020

Nakada Park Champagne Nakada Park was created in the Côte des Bar as an essential interpretation of contemporary Champagne. This wine tells the story of a young Japanese winemaker who, for twenty-five years, dreamed of producing his own wine in Champagne. Today, he has succeeded and has decided to produce sparkling wine using the Burgundian method. This wine expresses clear and measured aromas of ripe fruit and mineral nuances, while on the palate it shows balance, tension and a composed structure, but with great depth. Ideal with a plate of grilled andouillette de Troyes
