Pommery's Brut 'Royal Silver' Champagne is a cuvée made from grapes harvested from various Grand Crus cultivated by this historic Reims-based maison. A fine sparkling wine that spends over 3 years on the lees and develops a fruity profile reminiscent of apple and pear, with a floral finish intertwined with the typical aromas of bottle fermentation, with hints of brioche and pastry. It is round and textured on the palate, with a lingering savoury finish. An elegant wine that pairs well with raw shellfish
