Champagne Brut Selection Cedric Niziolek

Champagne Brut Selection Cédric Niziolek is a classic blend from the Vallée de la Marne, with an almost equal distribution of the region's three great grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier. Produced by a récoltant manipulant that has been active for five generations and recently became completely independent from the large Maisons, it rests on the lees for about four years with a percentage of 'vins de reserve'. The bouquet is reminiscent of small white berries, fresh citrus fruits and a clear mineral note, with a sweet pastry finish, like zabaglione.
