Champagne Extra Brut 'Biographie' Lacroix-Triaulaire

The Extra Brut Champagne 'Le Biographe' of Lacroix-Triaulaire was born in the heart of the Aube, in Merrey-sur-Arce. It is a classic blend with a predominance of Pinot Noir, with an important share of 'vins de réserve'. It is luminous to the eye, with fine bubbles. The nose reveals notes of mirabelle plum, citrus peel and a confectionery finish with hints of sugary praline. The palate is balanced, with a fresh vein and a savoury, gastronomic profile. Try it with tasty fish dishes such as trout or sole meunier
