Eric Taillet 'Des Grillons Aux Clos' Extra Brut is a sparkling wine made exclusively from Pinot Meunier grapes grown on clay soils covering the two labels 'Les Grillons' and 'Les Clos'. The absence of malolactic fermentation, a short stay on the lees and a fifth of reserve wine give it a fresh, complex profile. On the nose, there are notes of white fruit, followed by citrus and fresh tropical pineapple. The palate is lively and dynamic, with a fine, creamy finish. Ideal with aperitifs and caviar, but also with excellent blue cheeses
Pale straw yellow with abundant bubbles
Concentrated notes of white fruit such as apple, lemon, grapefruit and tropical pineapple
Very fresh, nervous and dynamic, fine
