Rousseaux-Batteux's Champagne Extra Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs is produced in a limited edition, a pleasant sparkling wine from Chardonnay grapes grown on grand crus in the region. The base wine ages in wood to add intensity to the elegance of this Champagne. The nose offers hints of white flowers, ripe pear and persuasive hints of pastry. In the mouth it is taut, very dry and with a marked saline profile, perfect with grilled lobster
