Rousseaux-Batteux's Champagne Extra Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs is made from grapes from the great soils of the Montagne de Reims. Intense and complex, the base wine matures in oak and re-fermentation in the bottle lasts about 30 months. The nose releases notes of ripe white fruit, white wild flowers and a hint of bread crust. The palate is fresh, creamy, taut and long-bodied. Ideal with structured fish dishes
Straw yellow with golden hues
Candied pear and lemon peel, subtle notes of grapefruit and pastry
Fresh and creamy in the mouth, long and pleasantly savoury
