Champagne Extra Brut 'Les Rippes' Lacroix-Triaulaire 2017

Lacroix-Triaulaire's 'Les Rippes' Extra Brut Champagne comes from the last plot planted by the family in the early 1980s in the Côte des Bar. It is made from only Chardonnay grapes, which in the cellar are treated entirely in wood, between oak vats and barrique ageing, before remaining 4 years on the lees. The nose has intense notes of dried flowers, lemon cakes and roasted hazelnut hints. In the mouth it is taut, savoury, ample, with a mineral and persistent finish. Perfect with white meats in sweet sauce
