The Extra Brut 'LPM' Champagne from Ullens - Domaine de Marzilly, which stands for 'La Petite Montagne', originates from the vineyards of the same name near Reims, an area renowned for Pinot Meunier of character and quality. Made from 100% this variety, the base wine ferments in oak barrels for almost a year before refermentation. On the nose, typical baked apple, citrus, almond pastry wild flowers emerge, with a subtle smoky tone on the finish; on the palate it is distinctly fresh, broad and complex. Perfect with starred shellfish or vegetable and cheese dishes
