Rémy Massin's Champagne Extra Brut Pinot Blanc 'Spécial Club' is the result of a rare vision in Champagne, the 'forgotten' Pinot Blanc, now rediscovered for its finesse. Made from grapes grown without herbicides and aged for over 60 months on the lees, it reveals aromas of white flowers and light-fleshed fruits in the glass. The palate is fresh, round and well-balanced. Perfect with delicate white meats or flavourful fish dishes, such as sole with butter and lemon
