Vadin Plateau's Champagne Rosé Extra Brut Premier Cru 'Symbiose' comes from a blend of grapes harvested only from Premier Cru, with a small percentage of red wine from Cumières to give fruit and a bright rosé colour. The winery is distinguished by the total absence of invasive treatments, in the vineyard and in the cellar. The nose releases notes of red fruits with bright hints of pastry. The palate is fresh and silky, with great flavour and typical chalky texture. Ideal with a tuna carpaccio with capers and lemon
