Champagne Extra Brut 'Première Cuvée' Bruno Paillard (Packaging)

The 'Première Cuvée' is the most representative Champagne of the 'maison' Bruno Paillard , obtained from a blend of the three typical grapes of the territory harvested and selected from the 35 crus of the region. The delicate olfactory profile smells of citrus, white and exotic fruit with notes of pastry. The taste is soft and lively, clean and very appealing, enlivened by a fine-grained and long-lasting perlage

CHAMPAGNE EXTRA BRUT 'PREMIÈRE CUVÉE' BRUNO PAILLARD (PACKAGING) DESCRIPTION

Elegance, harmony, balance: these are the three words that the Bruno Paillard winery uses to describe this Champagne Brut Premiére, a cuvée where Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier come from the maison's various estates. This label offers a subjective interpretation of the entire French region dedicated to sparkling wine production, reflecting the production style and philosophy that unites all Bruno Paillard products. A high-end winery where quality and craftsmanship come together to create authentic bottles that offer a sip of personality and character.

The Bruno Paillard winery produces this Brut Premiére Cuvée using the classic trio of grape varieties that give life to Champagne: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The grapes come from a careful selection made by the winery team from 35 different plots of land, creating a spectrum of aromas and flavours that are highly representative of the nuances that reign in the estate's vineyards. After the first fermentation, the grapes undergo a second fermentation in the bottle on the lees for at least 36 months, and then, after disgorging, undergo a further period of rapid ageing directly in the bottle.

This Champagne Brut Premiére Cuvée presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow hue, crossed by a fine perlage and excellent persistence. The olfactory spectrum announces notes where fruit is the first to manifest itself, interspersed with hints of yeast and bread crust. On the palate, it is truly elegant and clean, with a smooth mouthfeel, where a pleasant freshness encourages drinking. A sparkling wine that adds a touch of luxury to any aperitif.
