Niziolek Cedric's Extra Brut 'Selection' Champagne is the product of a small craftsman from Damery, in the heart of the celebrated Vallée de la Marne. Intense and fragrant, the base wine matures in steel before resting a further four years in the bottle, where it develops its intriguing effervescence. The nose is fine but vertical, with white fruit, lemon and delicate hints of pastry and vanilla. The sip, fresh and lively, returns fragrance and flavour at length.
