CHAMPAGNE BRUT 'LA CUVÉE' LAURENT-PERRIER DESCRIPTION

The Champagne Brut Laurent-Perrier is  themost representative label of the unmistakable signature of the Maison, a champagne that encapsulates and synthesizes the essential qualities of the name Laurent Perrier: finesse, power, freshness, and elegance. The Laurent Perrier style was developed in the 1950s and favors Chardonnay in the composition of the cuvées and the use of stainless steel tanks for fermentation, now very common, which ensure freshness to the wine and preserve the complexity of the aromas. A Brut that enchants with its shining color, its harmonious taste, and that unmistakable bouquet.

The Cuvée of the Champagne Brut by Laurent-Perrier is composed of 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 15% Pinot Meunier. The grapes are harvested from about 55 crus scattered throughout the Champagne region and are selected manually. To ensure quality and consistency in the Laurent Perrier style, the wine destined to become champagne is blended with reserve wine, in varying amounts.according to the vintages. Once bottled, it rests for a minimum of 3 years in the cellar, in contact with the yeasts.

Fresh, pure, and elegant, the Champagne Laurent-Perrier is a wine that pairs wonderfully with appetizers or first courses. Its remarkable balance, supported by a fine effervescence and enriched with notes of citrus and white flowers, suggests pairing with fish and seafood dishes, but also with white meats like chicken or rabbit. The Brut brings to the table the unique and prestigious style of Laurent Perrier, a Maison with a centuries-old history, synonymous with elegance and refinement. This sparkling wine embodies the essence and deepest spirit of the Maison. Enchanting!
