The Grand Cru Champagne "Moncuit-Delos" Jeroboam is produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes, which draw nourishment from calcareous soils rich in gypsum and fossil residues of marine microorganisms. The entire production process begins with a manual harvest where the selection of the fruit is the first step to achieve an exceptional quality product. Obviously, the crafting of the sparkling wine occurs according to the Champenoise Method, with the second fermentation taking place inside the bottle and subsequent disgorgement preceding an aging of 48 months on yeasts.
