Chardonnay 'A Ma Esquerra' Mas de la Sabaterra 2024

The Chardonnay 'A Ma Esquerra' of Mas de la Sabatera is born at an altitude of 400 metres just in front of the 'Mas', the estate, on the 'left' side of the hills. It spends 10 days on the skins and 3 months between frequent batonnage, all to achieve roundness, body and personality. The nose echoes aromas of ripe apple and tropical fruits, with slight 'yeasty' hints on the finish. The palate is generous, ample and with a persistent bite. Ideal with structured fish dishes or paella
