Domaine Guillaman's Chardonnay is a fresh, straightforward white wine from Gascony, a historic area of south-west France. After an overnight harvest, carried out to maximise fragrance and freshness, the grapes are soft-pressed to maximise the fruit. The nose releases notes of white-fleshed fruit and subtle hints of peach, with a touch of minerality on the finish. On the palate it is round, broad and rather structured. Ideal with salmon fillet
Pale yellow with golden highlights
Fresh fruit such as apple and peach, hints of iodine on the finish
Round, well-structured, fresh and crisp mouthfeel
