Chateauneuf Du Pape Blanc 'Tempo' Domaine de la Graveirette 2021

The Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc "Tempo" from Domaine de la Graveirette is made from grapes grown on a small plot of less than one hectare, located on the slopes of the La Crau plateau, in the southernmost part of the appellation. The white grape varieties typical of the southern Rhône Valley are used, with a higher percentage of Clairette, which gives the wine freshness and structure. The nose opens with hints of ripe yellow fruit, Mediterranean herbs and a spicy touch of vanilla. The palate is soft, enveloping and warm, with structure but balanced by a decisive freshness.
