Hervé Villemade's Cheverny Blanc 'Montcrochet' is a wine made from a blend of French white grapes, mainly Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris. This label is one of Hervé Villemade's most recent creations, who decided to use amphorae during alcoholic fermentation to allow for gentle oxygenation and the development of more elegant aromas. The nose opens with fragrant hints of white fruit, grapefruit zest and light herbaceous notes. On the palate, it is bold and lively, smooth and juicy. Perfect with pasta with clams
