Stefano Farina's Chianti Classico 'Fattoria Le Bocce' comes from historic vineyards in the heart of Panzano, an iconic terroir with its clayey soils rich in galestro. The vinification reflects the company's philosophy, which is balance above all else: wines that are durable but not too robust, fresh but not harsh. All this to represent the territory. The nose releases aromas of ripe cherry and violet, with delicate hints of ripe and macerated fruit, with hints of fennel. On the palate, it is soft and elegant, with silky tannins leading to a balsamic finish. Ideal with red meats and traditional Tuscan dishes such as pici al ragù.
