San Donatino's Chianti Classico 'Poggio ai Mori' comes from a vineyard located on a hill surrounded by oak woods, with different exposures that allow the terroir of Castellina to be described and a complex profile to be drawn. It is vinified using only steel and cement to enhance the fruit and freshness. The nose reveals red fruits, undergrowth and violets, while the palate is harmonious, fresh and smooth, with noticeable but rounded tannins.
