The Rosa dei Frati is the graceful rosé created by the agricultural company Ca' dei Frati. Here, the Del Cero family has been dedicated to quality winemaking since 1939: they love to define themselves as "wine artisans" because they put care and attention into every bottle. Rosa dei Frati is a high-level chiaretto from Garda, which fully embodies the traditional graceful, fresh, and gentle wine enjoyed with carefree ease on the southern shores of Benaco.

The uniqueness is rooted in the production and stylistic technique, developed over time on the Gardesana Riviera and the Valtènesi hills, which requires the skins of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese, and Barbera to remain in contact with the must for only a certain period of time: also known as "the wine of one night", it owes its unmistakable delicate pink color and floral bouquet to the skilled human ability to capture the fleeting moment, made unique by the intriguing fragrances of small fruits and wild strawberries.
