The 'Chiaroscuro' from the Breccia winery is a rosé wine with an intense colour and an appealing taste. During the harvest, the least ripe bunches are selected to maintain freshness. At the same time, during vinification, contact with the fine lees makes it soft and juicy. The nose reveals notes of fragrant red berries and a slight hint of rose petals. The palate is refreshing and slender. Perfect for an aperitif with fresh mountain cheeses and medium-aged cured meats
