La Baracca's Cinque Terre Bianco 'Vistamare' comes from the terraces of Vernazza, where Vermentino, Albarola and Bosco grapes grow on stony soils overlooking the Ligurian Sea. Only inert containers are used in the vinification process to preserve the wine's aromas as much as possible. The nose is dominated by white peach and lemon, with herbaceous touches and hints of iodine reminiscent of the Ligurian breeze. On the palate, it is fresh and savoury, round and well-structured, a versatile profile at the table that makes this white wine ideal with spaghetti with clams or even with Recco focaccia.
