Ippolito 1845's Cirò Rosato 'Mabilia' celebrates a legendary figure from the Crotone area. In homage to the Norman princess, the winery produces a delicate rosé, the result of a brief maceration on the skins of the iconic Gaglioppo cirotano grape. It is very fragrant on the nose, with black cherry and rose petals introducing the fresh and decidedly savoury palate. Excellent with grilled white meats or even Mediterranean fish soups
