Martissima's Collio Bianco "Giardino del Monte" is a white wine with a quiet depth, born in a vineyard nestled among the woods. Here, Marta Venica works with vines between seventy-five and one hundred years old, in harmony with fruit trees. To accentuate its freshness and verticality, the wine is not aged in wood and, after months on fine lees, undergoes a long stabilisation in the bottle before being ready for tasting. The nose reveals dried flowers, ripe fruit and delicate earthy nuances, while the palate is complex, harmonious and rich. It pairs well with balanced dishes such as soft cheeses or a risotto with courgette flowers
Very intense straw yellow
Complex, with dried broom, hints of iodine, ripe orange with peach and a pleasantly earthy finish
