Maison Lou Dumont's Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs is a fine and harmonious sparkling wine, made from 100% Chardonnay according to the principles of the Metodo Classico. A year's ageing on the lees gives it elegance, depth and aromatic complexity. The nose opens with hints of fruit and white flowers, delicate notes of aromatic herbs and refined accents of yeast. On the palate, it is enveloping, with a vibrant freshness that sustains the sip, the perlage is delicate and persistent accompanied by a decisive savoury finish. Excellent with fish dishes, such as fried prawns with lemon zest and herb mayonnaise
Bright straw yellow colour with a delicate and persistent perlage
Fragrant, with hints of green apple and white peach, floral notes of hawthorn, hints of sage and hints of yeast on the finish
Fresh, lively and savoury, with a fine and enveloping effervescence
