The Crémant De Bourgogne Brut Rosé from Terres Secretes is a pure Pinot Noir from the Mâconnais, an intense, full-bodied fruit that grows in the region's warmer climates. The fruit ripens well and is very concentrated before vinification. The one-and-a-half year re-fermentation in the bottle is relatively short but succeeds in giving roundness and complexity to the wine that is already full of fruit. The nose releases intense aromas of ripe currants and strawberries, the palate is rich, with a vibrant freshness that accompanies the entire sip. Ideal with aperitifs and desserts
Intense pink and fine perlage
Fresh, with red fruits such as ripe currants and strawberries, hints of meringue
Round, good structure, very fresh
