Cremant de Loire Brut Rosé Dumnacus is made from various local grapes, most notably Chenin, all grown between Anjou and Tours where the variety of soils allows for complexity and layering of the wine. The nose releases fresh aromas of ripe strawberries while the palate is lively, with a pleasant freshness accompanying the savoury finish. Ideal to accompany desserts, it goes perfectly with a red fruit tart with dark chocolate cream
