Cellier Saint Benoit's Crémant du Jura is a fresh and straightforward sparkling wine, built on a balance between liveliness and finesse. The winery is run by one of the most highly regarded vignerons in the area and, although it does not specialise in sparkling wines, the result of this technique is quite intriguing: discreet and fresh, it is simple, fruity and crisp on the nose, while on the palate it is fresh, smooth and harmonious. It pairs well with appetisers and fish dishes, such as a cheese gougère or a smoked trout salad
Bright straw yellow with fine perlage
Fresh pear and lemon, pleasant hints of almond pastry on the finish
Very lively, graceful, clean and fresh on the finish
