Fanny Sabre's Cuvée 'Anatole' Rouge is a meeting between Burgundy and Beaujolais. The Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes are vinified as whole bunches, without destemming, to obtain greater aromatic complexity and more elegant tannins. The bouquet is fresh and crisp, with notes of wild berries, spicy hints derived from ageing and light toasted tobacco nuances. On the palate, it is juicy and fresh, with delicate, well-integrated tannins, making it harmonious and inviting to drink. Excellent with white meats, but also as an aperitif with a platter of cold cuts and semi-mature cheeses
Bright ruby red
Fragrant, with hints of raspberry and blackcurrant, hints of violet petals, spicy notes of nutmeg and toasted cocoa
Velvety and smooth, with delicate tannins and a distinct freshness
