Paglione's 'Dilucere' is a tribute to the vivid colours of Puglia, the wheat fields and the light of dawn reflecting off the pale stones of the city of Lucera. It is made from a blend of two varieties that are very common in this area: Bombino and Malvasia Bianca, which are vinified in steel to maintain their aromatic purity. The bouquet is fruity and floral with hints of white fruit and citrus notes, and a hint of rose petals on the finish. The palate is slender and dynamic, with a marked freshness and a decisive savoury finish. Excellent as an aperitif or with fish starters such as octopus salad with celery and orange
Straw yellow with greenish reflections
Fruity with hints of white peach and citrus zest, and floral with hints of rose petals
Smooth, with a vivid freshness and persistent flavour
