Belcolle's Dolcetto d'Alba is produced in the traditional way, from grapes harvested in the hills of Santo Stefano Belbo. Here, mixed sandy soils and intermediate altitudes favour a soft and immediate profile. The nose reveals black cherry, violet and a typical hint of almond, a profile that reveals the exclusive use of steel. On the palate, it is dry, smooth and refined, with sweet tannins and a bitter finish that cleanses the palate. Ideal with agnolotti with white ragù
