Bosco Agostino's Dolcetto d'Alba is a Dolcetto from La Morra, a fresh and immediate version of this producers' favourite wine. The wine is racked even before bottling to limit reduction. An initial vegetal trace emerges on the nose, which opens towards ripe cherries, herbs and a typical violet finish. In the mouth it is dry with a fresh finish and a pleasant bitter touch. It goes well with simple traditional Piedmontese dishes such as agnolotti with meat sauce
