This Durello 'Sotocà' is a vibrant and savoury semi-sparkling wine, suitable for everyday and convivial consumption. The grapes are harvested a few steps from the estate, 'under the house', with the Garganega left to dry to give it a pleasant complexity. The nose reveals green apple, white flowers and hints of yeast typical of refermented wines. On the palate, it is fresh, with fine bubbles and a savoury finish. Perfect with stuffed squid
