Marcel Zanolari's 'Elisa' is made from Moscato crosses belonging to the PIWI category of resistant grape varieties. Cold vinification involves cold maceration, which allows the grape's aromatic profile to be fully expressed. The nose is rich, with aromas of fresh white fruit accompanied by interesting herbaceous hints of sage. On the palate, it is structured but also distinctly fresh, with a long and very fragrant finish. Excellent with steamed scampi and chicken breast with aromatic herbs
Bright golden yellow
Sage and jasmine blossoms open to peach, apple and pear
Very fragrant, long, warm on the palate
