Domaine des Brumes

'Epipapu' Domaine des Brumes 2023

The Epipapu from Domaine des Brumes takes its name from a local expression meaning 'and here, there is nothing more to add'. The grapes are harvested from four small plots on schistose soils. The two varieties are vinified separately and then blended only after fermentation. The nose reveals aromas of elderflower, grapefruit and white peach with a hint of minerality. The palate is taut and salty, perfect with goat's cheese or trout with butter and lemon
