Etna White DBE Tenuta Solisciaro is an elegant and refined Sicilian white wine, born from a new project by the Marco De Bartoli winery on the northern slope of Mount Etna. Produced with Carricante grapes, it expresses a strong connection with the Etna lava terroir. Vinification in steel with spontaneous fermentation enhances the personality of the grape variety and emphasises the mineral component typical of the area. The nose reveals notes of white fruit, citrus and a hint of flint. On the palate, it is characterised by a clear, savoury texture, supported by a vibrant freshness. Ideal paired with pasta with sardines
Straw yellow with greenish reflections
Fragrant, with hints of white peach and hawthorn, notes of cedar bark, hints of Mediterranean herbs such as oregano and a finish of wet stone
Tense and vibrant, with a persistent mineral flavour on the finish
