Palmento Costanzo's Etna Rosato 'Rosa di Sei' is a fresh and smooth rosé, produced from a historic vineyard in Contrada Spirito on the slopes of the Sicilian volcano. The short maceration of a few hours and fermentation in steel create a fresh, fragrant and typical profile. The nose reveals floral notes and delicate red fruits, while the palate is taut, savoury and well-structured. It pairs well with fish and vegetarian dishes, such as seared tuna or a light caponata
Light bright pink
Fresh red fruits such as strawberry and currant, violet and rose, hints of iodine
Fresh and very savoury, light on the palate with a clean, dry finish
