
Tenuta di Aglaea's Etna Rosso 'Santo Spirito' is the winery's first single vineyard red wine, produced with prized grapes harvested from bush vines planted between 600 and 800 metres above sea level. The grapes, exclusively Nerello Mascalese, mature for thirteen months in new French barriques to give them roundness and finesse. The bouquet is layered, with smoky notes blending with ripe red fruit, hints of violet and a touch of spice. On the palate, it is elegant and refined, with a balanced structure that reflects the essence of the Etna region. Excellent with game birds or even with cuts of fine red tuna
