Tenuta Cavalier Pepe's Falanghina 'Lila' is a fresh, mineral and fruity white wine. The grapes grow on sandy-volcanic soils between Luogosano and Sant'Angelo all'Esca. In the cellar, they are vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks and left to rest on fine lees. All these techniques are aimed at enhancing the tension and freshness of the wine.
