The Falanghina "Monaci" from Cantina Morone takes its name from the vineyard where the grapes are grown. This land once belonged to Benedictine monks, who cultivated it to produce wine for Mass. The bouquet is intense and immediate, opening with notes of crisp fruit, hints of wild flowers and herbs. The taste is strong and fresh, enveloping and spicy on the finish. Perfect with fresh cheese such as buffalo mozzarella or sea bass with Mediterranean herbs
Straw yellow with greenish reflections
Fragrant, with hints of green apple, white peach and citrus fruits, floral notes of hawthorn and vegetal notes of sage
Savoury and fresh, smooth and easy to drink
