The Falanghina 'Vulcanico' by Paternoster comes from vineyards located right at the foot of the Vulture and embodies the energy and minerality of the volcano. The maturation in steel allows for the development of great freshness and fragrance, but a few months of aging on the lees gives structure and complexity. Small white flowers, pear, and citrus hints entice the sip, fresh and balanced, with a very clean and refreshing finish. Perfect with appetizers, whether vegetable or fish, to be tried with 'acquasale' or cod.
Intense straw yellow with golden reflections
Notes of small white flowers like chamomile, white fruit like apple, pear, and also lemon zest
Fresh, balanced, with a clean, fresh, and harmonious finish
