Tenuta Cavalier Pepe's Fiano di Avellino Riserva 'Brancato' is a structured and elegant white wine from Irpinia, designed for long ageing. Fermentation takes place partly in French oak barriques and partly in steel, followed by ageing on the fine lees. The bouquet opens with hints of ripe yellow fruit, hawthorn flowers, mineral notes and hints of toasted almonds on the finish. The palate is full and elegant, supported by good freshness and a salty, persistent finish. Excellent paired with baked amberjack with potatoes and Mediterranean herbs
